Quotes and engagements
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Project work starts from a written quote with a defined scope and price; ongoing work is agreed in days per month. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Invoicing
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Belgian VAT is applied where applicable; intra-EU B2B clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you, along with the domains, hosting accounts, ad accounts and analytics properties used in the engagement. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.
Liability
Services are delivered with professional care, on a best-efforts basis. Search rankings, ad performance and conversion rates depend on factors outside any consultant’s control and are never guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
